We start working together with a lift-off call 🚀 We’ve got a system for learning your business and embedding ourselves FAST.
In this call, we’ll map out the regular repeat VA tasks you need ticking along in the background.

2) Submit unlimited Tickets

From here, you can submit tickets whenever you need implementation (the doing)

And no, there’s no fancy software you need to log in to #frictionfree

FAQs

  • Yes, submit as many task tickets as you need. We work on your tickets sequentially (1 at a time).

    The nature of running an online business is our support needs fluctuate. I believe hourly retainers (paying for a block of hours) don’t always allow for these fluctuations with launches.
    With our flat fee retainer, you can submit unlimited support tickets, as we’re a team of 5, we can flex with your business. No getting put to the back of the queue.

  • If you have built out the main blocks of your Kajabi platform and are using a couple of features already, yes. If not I would recommend a Kajabi set-up project first.

  • Yes, you have the option for a call each month to touch base with Charlotte about regular tasks & sound out your plans in Kajabi.

  • We start working on your newly briefed tasks within 2 working days working on tasks sequentially. Regular repeat tasks we identify at the beginning of working together (and assess regularly)

  • We provide you a simple website page to submit tickets through, pin it to your browser for easy access. No fiddly software to login into.

  • Nope. You can cancel anytime, we just ask for 2 weeks notice.

  • This is a monthly subscription, you make a payment upfront for the month ahead (billed on the 1st of the month). The fee is £495.

  • All our VAs are registered with the ICO and have appropriate insurance. You will sign a data processing agreement upon working together. Our work together is 100% confidential and we do not work with clients at the same time with a conflict of interest.
    We also password share using encryption tools.
