I’m Charlotte, systems studio owner who’s been growing Kajabi businesses for 5+ years with high converting sales processes + seamless client experiences.
Not just a VA turned systems pro - I am armed with a background in fundraising and marketing and more working knowledge of tech platforms you could ever Youtube.

How does the Kajabi supporter work?
1) The Lift-off Call
We start with a lift-off call to dive into your business mission + goals.
In this call, we’ll map out the regular repeat VA tasks you need ticking along in the background plus create our initial strategic 1-3 month roadmap to take your Kajabi to the next level.
2) Weekly half day Support
You’ll have 1 dedicated ‘Charlotte day’ each week (1–5pm UK time), where I will be implementing. Fixing. Building. Strategically improving your business backend, guided by our plan.
With Voice note support in your pocket for the ‘can you just’ moments.
I am currently booked for retainers.
