Step 1 - strategy call / mapping session
This is a standalone 90 minute 1-1 session over Google Meet to make sure we are building what will actually deliver the results.
For building something, it’s a client journey mapping to identify the assets needed.
If you need systems but have NO IDEA, this session identifies which to build - it is the diagnostic.Step 2 The build
A one day build where I am implementing and building your tech and system/s.
One day? How so sure?
I have been doing this for 6 years. I have a speedy process.
I build the highest leverage parts for you - with a walkthrough video of the setup and steps 1,2,3 for self managing or making changes.7 days of Voxer voice note support as standard.

Many of my clients have none.
But I show you how to make them + provide any Canva assets used in the creation.
In the very rare case there are actual functional glitches, this is corrected in our 7 day support period.
Out of scope revisions or changes you can always book implementation slots with me (£100-200) or further build days (£500) for something new. -
I keep this done for you service as light touch on your end as possible.
(It’s done FOR you after all)
Before the build day, you will need to provide branding, logins + provide copy.
After the build please set aside some time to watch the walkthrough video. -
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure the dates in my calendar.
If you would like to split the intensive I recommend booking a strategy day first (£250) and the build day after (£500). -
You have 7 days of Voxer voice note support after build day. Need further support?
1 - Implementation Slots.
1-2 hour slots can be booked straight into my calendar (£100-200)
2 - Future build days
If you require more implementation, build days can be booked for £500. -
Branding is a must.
Logos, colour codes, brand photos, fonts. A build in any system requires this.
The specific assets needed are identified in our strategy call.
